We love Discovery!

Last week we made our way down to the Discovery Children's Museum . . . and it felt like a mini-vacation. The drive was beautiful and it was about 15 degrees warmer in SLC. No snow on the ground, either! Maybe that will happen here someday. Anyway, the kids had a great time at the Sesame Street exhibit . . . I think Nathaniel wanted to take up permanent residence in Elmo's World.
It was mostly just great to get out of the house and watch the kids have so much fun.

A few more pics:
Paige with Dorothy.

Nathaniel and Elmo.

Hard at work.

Oh, Heidi - your kids are so beautiful! Looks like a fun time. We're members of the Cincinnati Museum and my boys love it there. It's rather hard to drag Mason away from the sand table, though (in the Children's Museum). He is all about the sand. When he finally tires of the sand, we hit the trains and the big digger. Fun times!

Hooray for the Discovery Center. I think if we lived in Salt Lake we'd go at least once a week! I love the picture of Nathaniel with the hard hat. Your kids are SO cute.
